Our Aim is to work collaboratively with the community to identify the best design and alignment option within the project boundaries that will respect the local environment and still be able to meet the growing traffic demands and associated social issues within the rapidly expanding southern corridor. The preferred option will form the basis of the Environmental Impact Assessment that is subject to both the State and Federal approval process.

• A link to an online community discussion forum where you can provide your comments at any time of the day
• A link to an online mapping system (Project View) that will enable design and alignment options to be displayed
• The Environmental Assessment process that is required for this project

This development phase of the project commenced in July 2009, and is anticipated to continue for two years after which final design and construction will commence, subject to receiving environmental approvals and confirmation of funding.
