South Metro Connect established offices and a shopfront at 18 Blackly Row, Cockburn Central to provide local access to the project team during the project development phase. As this phase of project development activities is nearing completion the need to maintain the shopfront has reduced and activities will now be centred at AECOM's offices in the CBD at the address below.
